Application Instructions for International Law Students
Below you will see an overview of the financial aid application process for international School of Law Students.
1. Complete the University Aid Application by May 1
Download and complete the 2009-10 University Aid Application (pdf). Submit the application directly to our office:

2. Northwestern will determine your financial aid eligibility and aid package
All applications will be reviewed in the order they were received.
3. Accept or decline your award package
Our office will begin sending financial award decision e-mails on a rolling basis beginning June 15, 2009. If you have demonstrated institutional financial need, your financial aid package may include a combination of student loans.

4. Apply or Re-apply for the NU Loan – GPAL (if applicable)
If you have been offered the NU Loan – GPAL on your award notice, you must complete the NU Loan – GPAL online. This online application must be completed each academic year in order to receive funds for this loan.
