Incoming International Physical Therapy Students
1. Complete the University Aid Application by February 15
Download and complete the 2012-13 University Aid Application (pdf). Submit the application directly to our office:

If you have access to CAESAR at the time of your application, you may be able to complete this form online. You may access it through your "TO DO" list in the right side of your CAESAR homepage.
2. Northwestern will determine your financial aid eligibility and aid package
All applications will be reviewed in the order they were received.
3. Accept or decline your award package
Our office will begin sending financial award decision e-mails on a rolling basis beginning April 1, 2012. If you have demonstrated institutional financial need, your financial aid package may include a combination of student loans.

Continuing International Physical Therapy Students
1. Complete the University Aid Application by May 1, 2012.
- Complete the 2012-13 University Aid Application online via your TO DO list in CAESAR located on the right hand side of your CAESAR homepage.
2. Northwestern will determine your financial aid eligibility and aid package
All applications will be reviewed in the order they were received.
3. Accept or decline your award package
Our office will begin sending financial award decision e-mails on a rolling basis beginning June 7, 2012.

4. Re-apply for your private loan via your lender's website
Additional instructions will be found on your 2012-13 Award Notification Email and on your CAESAR TO DO list.
