Application Instructions for International Prosthetics-Orthotics Students
Below you will see an overview of the financial aid application process for International students.
To be considered for all available financial assistance, return all completed application materials by your "first term of enrollment" deadline date listed below.
First term of enrollment:
- Fall 2010: Application due June 1, 2010
- Winter 2011: Application due September 15, 2010
- Spring 2011: Application due January 3, 2011
Note: Students whose applications are completed after the "first term of enrollment date" will need to use their own resources to pay tuition and reimburse themselves with their financial aid later in the term.
1. Complete the University Aid Application the application deadline above
Download and complete the 2010-11 University Aid Application (pdf).

Note: If you have access to CAESAR at the time you are completing your application for financial aid, you may be able to complete the University Aid Application online. You may access the application through your "TO DO" list on the right side of your CAESAR homepage.
2. Northwestern will determine your financial aid eligibility and aid package
All applications will be reviewed in the order they were received.
3. Accept or decline your award package
Our office will begin sending out financial award decisions on a rolling basis about 4-6 weeks after your file is complete.
