Not all application forms are required for all students. See your specific Application Instructions to identify which forms you need to complete.
Application forms
- FAFSA on the Web (online form) - All INCOMING AND RETURNING students must complete this form and use the school code 001739. You may link to both the 2011-12 and 2010-11 application by clicking this link.
- Need Access Application (online form)- All INCOMING students must complete this form and select "Northwestern University School of Law." You may link to both the 2011-12 and 2012-13 application by clicking this link.
2012-13 Academic Year (returning students only)
- University Aid Application: This form is available online via the "TO DO" list on your CAESAR homepage as of March 1, 2012 if you have been issued a NetID and password. If you do not see the University Aid Application on your TO DO list in CAESAR after March 1, 2012, please contact the Office of Financial Aid.
Additional forms
These forms do not need to be completed unless the financial aid office specifically requests them.
