Institutional Scholarships and Grants
Depending upon your program, there may be opportunities to apply for Northwestern University-offered scholarship and/or grant funding. All institutional funding is offered by the program/school itself; unfortunately the Chicago Office of Financial Aid does not have additional institutional grant or scholarship funding options available outside of those offered by the programs. We encourage you to use the outside scholarship search options found on our Outside Scholarships page if your program is not listed below or you are looking for additional scholarship and/or grant funding.

Kellogg Evening and Weekend MBA Program
The Kellogg Evening and Weekend part time program admission committee awards a limited number of scholarships during the admission cycle. The scholarship decisions are awarded based on a holistic review of the overall application for admission and may require an additional essay component. Admitted students are typically notified prior to decision deadlines. Please see their website for information about the scholarship.
School of Professional Studies
Programs available for: Undergraduate students, graduate MSGH students performing practicum fieldwork abroad, and NU employees pursuing an SPS program
The School of Professional Studies actively seeks funding to help students further their education. Please see the SPS website for descriptions, application steps, and eligibility requirements for each scholarship.
In addition to competing separate application requirements with SPS, students applying for SPS scholarships must also complete both the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the University Aid Application. See the Application Steps section for more detailed instructions.
